Aesthetic treatment for malposed anterior teeth by porcelain-fused to-metal(pfm) crown

Abstract

Objective In order to get the best aesthetic effect by procelain-fused to metal(PFM)crown, 17 cases of malposed anterior teeth were analyzed on the adults. Methods In this experiment, 17 patients accepted the PFM restorations to change the color, arrangement and form of the anterior teeth. Results After the treatments, the appearance of all the paitents got improvement. Conclusion The course of treatment is short, and a good curative effect can be got, the PFM restoration is a suitable kind of permanent restoration for malposed anterior teeth of adults.
