Abstract
In order to obtain Fe nanowire arrays with a regular stucture, the DC electrodeposition method based on anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) template was used to fabricate the Fe nanowire arrays.Their morphology and structure were characterized by means of SEM,TEM and XRD techniques. The results indicate that the well-ordered Fe nanowire arrays are obtained and their diameter is about 250 nm,which is consistent with the diameter of AAO template pore.XRD result shows the obtained Fe nanowires arrays are dense ploycrystal structure.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
