Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to lay the foundation for the study on the regulation mechanism of Calcineurin B-like protein gene from Musa acuminate(MaCBL1).[Method] The cDNA sequence with full length of MaCBL1 gene was cloned by PCR according to the fragment of CBL gene obtained from suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) library of M.acuminate fruit and its biological information was analyzed preliminarily.[Result] The full length of the cDNA sequence from MaCBL1 gene was 1 078 bp,encoding 213 amino acid residues. The result of multiple sequence alignment showed that the deduced amino acid sequence of MaCBL1 shared higher homology with that of CBL gene from other plants. The phylogenetic analysis showed that the genetic relationship between the MaCBL1 gene and the CBL gene from other plants such as populus,Brassica oleracea,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Gossypium hirsutum and Oryza sativa was closer and they were in the same clade.[Conclusion] The research provided the basis for the further study on the regulation of Calcineurin B-like protein on the growth and fruit maturation of M.acuminate and on the various stress responses.
