Abstract

Determination method for fructose, glucose, sucrose and maltose in honey was discussed in this experiment. The result showed,it could not only extract carbohydrate from honey effectively, but also ensure the consistency to the dilution of standard working solution, while 5g honey samples diluted by acetonitrile and water(40∶60) to 100ml.It has high stability and good reproducibility. There was no stratification while dissolution in 10 different origin honey samples test.
