Abstract
The emergence of prose-style fu is closely connected with the ancient prose movement.The creation theories of ancient prose writers are its theoretical basis,such as natural syntax,fondness of comment,emphasis on use of Qin and Han writings for reference,while the common practice of changing fu to prose style and the prevalence of other writing styles stimulate the emergence of prose-style fu.
