Study on the Relationship Between Hyaluronic Acid,Type III Procollagen Peptide,Type IV Collagen,Laminin and Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between hyaluronic acid(HA),type Ⅲ procollagen(PCⅢ),type Ⅳ collagen(CⅣ),laminin(LN)and experimental hepatic fibrosis.Methods:Total 73 specimen origin from liver tissue of rats in study on prophylactic and therapeutic effect of Ganzhifu on hepatic fibrosis.All specimen were analyzed quantatively by semiquantative scoring system(SSS).At the same time, serum HA,PCⅢ,CⅣ,LN content were examined.Pearson relation analysis was done between SSS marks and serum marks.Results:Both inflammation activity and fibrosis extent were interrelated well with serum HA,PCⅢ,CⅣ,LN content(P0.01).Conclusion:Serum HA,PCⅢ,CⅣ,LN content can reflect the extent of inflammation and fibrosis of liver tissue.Co-detection has higher value.
