To Explore the Features of Epidemic Disease of Measles(Report of 120 cases)

Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of measles and provide the scientific evidence to control measles rapidly. Methods 120 measles cases were collected in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2008 and their epidemiological features were analyzed.Results March to June was the epidemical season for measles,60.0%(72/120)of all cases occurred.43.3% (52/120)of all patients were under five years old,20 (16.7%) cases were vaccinated,65 (54.2%) cases were not and 35 (29.1%) cases had not clear immunization records.Among all patienliving in the city. Conclusions The routine inmmnization selwl'Ce still need to be strengthen, especially the timeliness of vaccination and the nleasles vaccination in floating children.
