Abstract

Being one province of relatively rich in mineral resources,Gansu has almost all kind of minerals,among which some minerals explored already has a great reserves,especially,nonferrous and noble metals occur the comparative advantage.Based on the statistic from Gansu practice,the supporting ability which mineral resources exert on the development of economy and society in Gansu Province is discussed,and the measures of policy for development and sustainable utilization of mineral resources has been put forward.
