Abstract
After multiple PCR primers for JEV,PPV,PRRSV and PRV was designed by computer,the optimal conditions of single PCR were determined by orthogonal assay,the products of single PCR were characterized with dot blot using oligoneucleic probes and sequenced to be specific.Proved that the methods of single PCR for JEV,PPV,PRRSV and PRV were a simple,sensitive,specific technique, which would favour the further establishment multiple PCR and its application in detection of correspondent viruses in pig reproductive failure.
