Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of drug adjuvant treatment of cataract.Methods:45 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 22 cases and control group 23 cases, the control group underwent small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery, the treatment group underwent postoperative adjuvant therapy drugs,at postoperative the first and third day testing and visual acuity. Results:The 33 eyes of the treatment group, visual acuity ≥ 0.3 after 1 day had 24 eyes(72%),postoperative visual acuity≥0.3 3 days had 31 eyes(93%),the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of drug adjuvant treatment of cataract is satisfact,it is worthy of clinical application.
