Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of sequential invasive to noninvasive ventilation on treaing of acute respiratory failure. Methods 38 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:20 cases in observation group received sequential invasive to noninvasive ventilation,18 cases in control group received sequential invasive ventilation.Observe the change of condition, blood gas analysis,ventilator-associated pneumonia, death number, mechanical ventilation time. Results The differences in sequential invasive ventilation time, mechanical ventilation time, the length of hospitalization and mortality of patients between observing and control group have statistical significance. Conclusion Sequential invasive to noninvasive ventilation can reduce the incidence of VAP of acute respiratory failure patients, decrease mechanical ventilation time and the length of hospitalization, and improve therapeutic effects.
