Abstract
With the economic and social development,there appears a favorable political environment for our citizens to participate in.Ordered citizens politics is important to realize the true socialist democracy.The people are the masters of contemporary Chinese political development resources and driving force.At present the organizational mechanism is not perfect for citizen participation in our country.Participation desire is not strong;education level and economic level are constrainted.Therefore,how to effectively improve the ability of citizens to participate in China is particularly important.
