Effect evaluation of IMC-80BH corrosion inhibitor for gas well

Detection of corrosion in by wellbore found,JINGBIAN gasfield upcountry larger more serious corrosion in gas well of water,individual gas well tubing corrosion and perforation occurred,dropout and so on.Wellbore regularly raise inhibitors have effective and easy to operate,low cost,is the most commonly used anti-corrosion measures of gas field.To mitigate such corrosion in gas well in JINGBIAN gasfield,extend the life of underground pipe, in 13 different types for laboratory evaluation and screening of inhibitors on the basis of, IMC-80BH elected on popularization and application of corrosion inhibitor in the field.This article describes the manner and effect of corrosion inhibitor for site evaluation,site evaluation test results indicate that the IMC-80BH inhibitors to inhibit corrosion degree of gas shaft of local production and overall,corrosion inhibition performance better.
