Abstract
The lack of medical and health personnel in the rural areas gives rise to severe challenges in developing health service in countryside.The reasons should be analyzed from various aspects.Medical college,the origin of new ideas,advanced knowledge and innovative technology,plays a substantial role in changing such situation.It is essential for us to study how to administer the college in a customer-service way,which will improve the cultivation of the professionals in rural health service.
