The thinking of accelerating the appropriate health personnel training in rural Anhui

It has an urgent need to accelerate rural appropriate health personnel training in Anhui,as the situation,the incompatible between relative lack of investment in higher medical education and demand for rural health services,imperfect institutional mechanisms for rural health personnel training.As the background of the party and government attaching great importance to medical and health services,giving priority to developing medical education,three policy are proposed:to get help from higher medical college playing a part in training an appropriate health professionals in rural areas,establishing and improving the appropriate health personnel selection and training system,strengthening the government institutional mechanisms for the construction of medical college.
