Enalapril Hydrochlorothiazide Treatment Efficacy of 31 Cases of Primary Hypertension

Objective To investigate the enalapril hydrochlorothiazide clinical efficacy of treatment of essential hypertension.Methods Dec.2008 to Dec.2010 our hospital 62 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 weeks before treatment to stop taking other antihypertensive drugs,and to monitor blood pressure.Control group was given enalapril 10 mg/time,2 times a day;the treatment group were given on the basis of hydrochlorothiazide l2.5mg/time,1 day,and even clothes 8 weeks of therapy were compared.Results After treatment,the treatment group were efficiency and total efficiency as compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P0.05).Treatment and control groups in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure than those before treatment was significantly decreased in the treatment group reduced blood pressure more significantly than the control group(P0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions compared the two groups significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion Enalapril hydrochlorothiazide antihypertensive treatment of essential hypertension have synergistic effects,better than drugs,while two drugs may offset some of the adverse reactions,safety,and worth promoting.
