Abstract
Vibration is one of the most common pump malfunctions caused by the interaction of multiple factors and various reasons. Pipeline system is a unit which consists of four parts: motors,pumps,fluid and the pipe. The location of the vibration source is not necessarily associated with the vibration causes. The cause for the vibration of the pump unit was discussed and divided into four kinds: mechanical,structural,hydraulic and hydromechanical. This article stated the principle of four reasons and their expressions. Meanwhile,the causes were checked in view of the vibration fault combining with concrete examples,and the solutions were put forward.
