Abstract
The centrifugal rotor mass imbalance easily leads to abnormal vibration. In response to this phenomenon,a mathematical model is established based on the characteristics of the force in the course of its operation, and vibration equation is derived, and then vibration characteristics is analyzed compared with the measured vibration data of the centrifugal pump test-bed bearing. And eventually the conclusion is drawn that 1octave amplitude is obvious, and the corresponding fault diagnosis method is put forward.
