Abstract
As the core force of the construction and development of laboratory,the lab team is the key factor.Strengthening the lab team construction is an important guarantee of the first-class laboratory construction.In this paper,some existing problems in the present university laboratories' team construction were reviewed.The reform on the university laboratory team construction was discussed,which involves the conception transforming,structure optimizing,system perfecting,and training strengthening.
