Investigation and Research on the Teachers' Taking Part in Physical Exercise in the University of Baotou

This paper used the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics to make sampling surveys of the status that teachers taking part in physical exercise,to make Investigation and analysis for participation in present situation,activity places,exercise forms,exercise reasons in the group,and it put forward to countermeasures and suggestions finally.Results show that: Teachers' self physical exercise awareness and sports population rate were low in the area,and the main places choose for the participating in physical exercise were concentrating in the school stadium and green space,parks and other places.They chose fitness projects both paying attention to integral and individualized combination with strong sense of cooperation and balancing his interest and actual needs,etc.
