Continuing Education training Curriculum Studies Based on Teachers' Professional Development

Abstract

The most crucial stage of teachers' training in basic education is courses designing.However,Chinese continued education training courses in curriculum designing principles,curriculum value,teaching mode,curriculum structures and curriculum contents impeded teacher professional development.Only attention of teachers' independent development,breakthrough single teaching mode and pragmatism,meet more multi-levels demand,it can realize teachers' all-round development as the perfect person .
