Abstract
Teachers'professional development is one of the focuses of global education and it has been replaced by teacher professional learning since the beginning of 21 st century.Consequently,professional individualism is turning to the practice of professional learning communities.By sorting related literature at home and abroad,we have found the hotspots of this field.Moreover,we attempt to analyze these researches further from the angle of ontology,epistemology and methodology.
