Abstract

In the rapid development of the E-business,return reverse logistics has been a problem that can not evade in B2C E-commerce transactions,and the traditional mode of B2C electronic commerce must extend to the reverse logistics especially return management level.The paper discusses the causes of return reverse logistics,following by the analysis of current situation of the goods return management in the E-business environment,and the countermeasures are studied.How the enterprise taking part in the E-business implements the goods return management is also discussed.
