Harmony is the highest goal for Confucianism.It is the supreme rule for the relationship between the man and the nature. It also serves as the ideal model for the interpersonal relationship and the best representation of the individual living style. In the 20th century, human-centralism dominated, which leads to the great conflict between the man and the nature, and the human being itself encounters all kinds of the challenges. When the mankind faces many problems, such as the ecological crisis, the crisis of the interpersonal relation and the spiritual crisis, the confucianism of harmony undoubtedly provides important revelation for our social delelopment in the future.
