Abstract
Different periods in a nations history invariably give rise to different customs and beliefs, which are embodied in such things as folklore, religious rites, festivals, folk customs, and ceremonies, etc. These different forms of folk culture reflect the distinctive characteristics of a nation, handed down from generation to generation. An analysis of these form of folk culture can give us an insight into the relationship between folk culture and the development of mankind.
