Abstract
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound Liuyuexue on HBV in vitro. Methods At non-cellulotoxic concentration, the different concentrations of CLYX were added respectively to HepG2.2.15 cells, which were incubated subsequently.4 days and 8 days after treatment with drugs, the culture media were collected for determination of the quantity of HBV DNA detected by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) and the levels of HBsAg and HBeAg by ELISA.Results CLYX at the largest non-cellulotoxic concentration could decrease the HBV DNA level and suppress HBsAg and HBeAg expression in HepG2.2.15 cell. Conclusion CLYX can inhibit significantly HBV in vitro.
