Abstract
The technological process of extracting flavones from onion-skin was studied in this paper. Extraction technology of flavones in onionskin was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Effects of ethanol-water solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of liquid to material on extraction rate of flavones were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions for onionskin flavones were established as follows: 70 % ethanol(V/V)as solvent, ratio of solvent to material 20:1(V/W),reflux extraction at 80 ℃ for 2 h.The content of flavones in onionskin was as high as 37.16 mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
