An analysis of the value orientation of our public administrative reform

A correct understanding of our appeal for the public administrative reform is the basic precondition for accurately mastering the value orientation of the public administrative reform of our government and guiding our administrative reform in time. According to the ideological requirements for the recreation of value and the public administrative reform of the system, the transformation of the administrative functions is the starting point of the administrative reform, the structural adjustment of the administrative organization is the important content of the administrative reform and the normalization of the administrative operation is the key of the administrative reform.
