Abstract

Copper,Manganese,Lead,Cadmium,Zinc in the water sample of ChaoHu Lake were simultaneously analyzed by microwave digestion coupled with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Microwave digestion of samples was done by mixed system composed of nitric acid and hydro peroxide under the step-by-step lifting pressure mode. The analytical conditions were optimized and the best spectrum lines were selected. The interference among elements that potentially existed in the determination process was discussed. The method was characterized with the detection limit of 0.2~3.5μg/L,RSD of 0.75%~1.83%,and the recovery rate of 97.4%~100.7%.which produced satisfactory results.
