Abstract
The hydrocarbon source conditions , 3D transfer system in upper and lower strata and geologic conditions of multi-source secondary reservoir formation are analyzed in Jianghan Basin by denoting depositional characters, reservoir conditions, structural characteristics of Cretaceous system in the east of the basin. It is considered that the Cretaceous reservoir in the east of the basin is a secondary reservoir with multi-source conditions. On the basis denoted above, a favorable oil exploration region is further predicted.
