Abstract
In view of the cyclic training and based on the interview of China's speed skating gold medal couch for short track speed skating athletes, this article analyses the link-up and change between on-ice and land training of the land physical strength recovery training for short track skating. This article also studies and defines the important time duration for on-ice and land training link-up of physical strength recovery training during competition. It analyses two modes of the arrangement of cyclic physical strength recovery training during pre-competition adjustment and the rhythm of short period land physical strength recovery training before competition.More over,it studies and defines the procedure and the best chance of land physical strength recovery training between two rounds of 500m competition.
