Abstract

XIAP(X chain apoptosis inhibiting protein,X-linked inhibitor-of-apoptosis protain) is apoptosis inhibiting protein(IAPs) family to most effective caspase inhibit, with inhibiting cell apoptosis, participate in the occurrence and development of tumor. In this paper, the mechanism, expression and treatment of XIAP were reviewed, expecting to provide a new method in diagnosis and treat-ment of tumor.
