Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin on hepatic lipid of nonalcoholic fatty Liver disease(NAFLD)rats. Methods The NAFLD SD rat model was established by high fat diet, then divided into three groups at random:Model control group.Puerarin group and Simvastatin group.Biochemistry of liver tissue and liver specimens were detected respectively after 4 weeks' treatment. Results Puerarin can obviously improve hepatitosteatosis, reduce hepaticlipid(TC,TG)and liver inflammatory reaction of NAFLD rat model. Conclusion Puerarin have a better therapeutical effect on hepaticlipid and inflammation of NAFLD rat model.
