Public Service Reform in Township Governments

Abstract

The township government is the most basic level of government in administrative system.At present it has financial pressure,its administrative function is stronger than that of service and the service quality lags behind,which has caused obvious problems in performing public service functions.The solution is to reorient its functions,reform its financial system,balance urban and rural development.
