Abstract
CTAB is used to extract DNA of three tomato hybrids and their parents.DNA fingerprints of tomato the hybrids and their parents were established by AFLP.Ten to twenty seven polymorphic bands, with average 17.56,were amplified from six parental materials. The percentage of polymorphic bands was 41.3%.Coincidence identification analysis revealed that the purity coefficient of the six parental materials was 100% and 98.7% of the three tomato hybrids.Based on methods of Nei Li,the genetic similarity of three hybrids were 0.37 to 0.61 and their parents were 0.53 to 0.62.The results were helpful for tomato hybrid breeding.
