Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 cases of Type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases) with insulin pump therapy. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the average blood glucose and blood glucose levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and the blood glucose control time and the incidence of hypoglycemia were significantly lower(P0.05), and the patient satisfaction was significantly improved(P0.05). Conclusion Insulin pump therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has achieved significant results, significantly shorten the time of blood sugar recovery, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and significantly improve the patient's satisfaction, it is worth promoting in clinical application.
