Practice and Reflection of the Undergraduate Tutorial System Implemented in HYIT

Teachers are the main body of education who can not only affect students through their academic skills,but also impress students through their personal charisma.To implement the tutorial system has become the needs of the development of higher education under the new situation,as well as the needs of strengthening the construction of style of study,adapting to the innovation of the credit system,training innovative talents and developing the academic disciplines.After a trial run,the promotion of the undergraduate tutorial system in HYIT has made a gratifying achievement in various aspects including the formation of overall education situation,construction of the teacher-student communication platform,improvement of the training quality and so on.However there have emerged some problems to be solved,such as the relative shortage of tutor resources,the moderate lag of the construction of administrative body and the relationship between tutors and counselors to be harmonized,and so on.Thus this paper proposes to enhance the recognition of the importance of strengthening the tutorial system and makes some reasonable suggestions to perfect the operation of the tutorial system.
