Abstract
Since money laundering crime explicitly stipulated in the criminal law,its standard content are continuously in revision and consummation.The new amendment of Criminal law has solved continuously each kind of criticism that the theory give to money laundering crime.At the same time,legislation evolution about money laundering crime also reflects that the Criminal law standard has three groups of inherent contradictions: stability and flexibility;international characteristic and local characteristic;the construction and the evolution
