Abstract
Objective:To study the percutaneous absorption of H cataplasm with different penetration enhancers and to determine the best penetration enhancer to prepare the H cataplasm. Methods: Using rabbit skin as transdermal barrier, the penetration percentage of piperine in different cataplasm with different penetration enhancers-Clover Oil and Orange Essential Oil were determined with the Franz diffusing cells. The content of piperine permeated through the rabbit skin was determined by HPLC. Results: The Q of piperine with Clover Oil and Orange Essential Oil were 4. 46 ± 0. 28μg· cm-2,6. 01 ± 0. 37μg·cm-2 respectively. Conclusion: The penetration efficiency of Orange Essential Oil is better than Clover Oil.
