Performance evaluation for small and medium third-party logistics enterprises based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

Abstract

In order to evaluate the performance for small and medium third-party logistics enterprises,according to the development situation and the characteristics of small and medium third-party logistics enterprises in China,a performance evaluation index system for small and medium third-party logistics enterprises is established from the aspects of finance,business and customer.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to determine the weight of each index,and then a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) model of enterprise is established.A case verifies the validity of the model.
