Strengthen On-the-job Police Training Based on Education with Record of Formal Schooling

Abstract
The public security education with record of formal schooling has a strong supporting function for on-the-job police training.Public security universities and colleges should handle the relationship between education with record of formal schooling and supporting function properly,and pay equal attention to them.To strengthen on-the-job police training based on education with record of formal schooling,we must: firstly,unite the ideological understanding and further reinforce the organizational leadership of on-the-job police training;secondly,standardize training links and enhance the patience and effectiveness of police training;thirdly,renovate mechanism and methods to promote the development of police training work;and finally,invest more to improve the soft environment and hard conditions of on-the-job training.
