Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) in diabetic retinopathy early diagnosis. Methods:The hospital from June 2006 to July 2009 admitted 500 patients(965 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy in patients with suspected clinical data of patients with ophthalmoscopy, patients after fundus fluorescein angiography, diagnostic patients with retinal lesions and graded, and based on the results to guide treatment.Results:670 eyes ophthalmoscopy there retinopathy lesions was 69.43%,Ⅰ of 220 eyes,Ⅱ of 135 eyes,Ⅲ of 147 eyes,Ⅳ of 85 eyes,Ⅴ of 83 patients;by fluorescence fundus angiography inspection, there are 868 existing retinopathy eyes, the lesion was 89.95%,Ⅰof 288 eyes,Ⅱ of 210 eyes,Ⅲ of 173 eyes,Ⅳ of 103 eyes,Ⅴ of 94 eyes.Fundus fluorescein angiography higher diagnostic accuracy of two diagnostic methods was statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of fundus fluorescein angiography in diabetic retinopathy,a higher detection rate and can be phased. To guide the evaluation of patients and efficacy of an important means of promotion in clinical.
