Problems of Employment Psychological and Countermeasures in Private College Students

At present,there is a phenomenon of the difficult employment in college students.The employment situation of private college students is more serious and the psychological problems become more prominent.Therefore private college must strengthen the training of psychological quality,and the practical ability of students,implement the education mode of competence education,comprehensively promote the employment ability of college students,help to overcome the difficult employment mental obstacles of the private college students,in order to obtain employment healthily in the future.The author thinks that the psychological health education of college graduates brooks no delay.
