The Tissue Culture Propagation Technology of Red Raspberry

Abstract

The shoot tips of red raspberry Hongmei 38 were used as the explants for tissue culture in the MS medium with 6-BA and IBA to study the propagation technology.The result showed that the best medium for inducing germination was MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA+30.0g/L sucrose+4.0g/L AGAR powder;the best medium for subculture was MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA+0.03mg/L IBA+4.0g/L AGAR powder+30.0g/L sucrose;the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.2mg/L IBA +0.2% activated carbon+20.0g/L sugar+4.5g/L AGAR powder.When the seedlings height reached 5cm with more 5 roots,they were transplanted in greenhouse(sharp sandpeat soil=11),and the survival rate was 92.78%.
