Abstract
A method for the determination of Aurum from cyanide residue was established based on the color reaction of 4-nitro-6-sulfophenolazorhodanine with Aurum and the solid phase extraction of the colored complex with C18 cartridge. In the presence of pH 3 buffer solution and Tween-60 medium,4-nitro-6-sulfophenolazorhodanine was reacted with Aurum(Ⅱ) to form a stable 2∶1 complex, which was enriched by C18 cartridge and eluted with DMF,and then determined by spectrophotometry at 535 nm.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.0004~ 0.1 μg/mL.
