Constructing Structure System of Stage about Physical Education Teachers' Education Teaching Ability

This article studies the structure system of our physical education teachers' education and teaching capacity.The results showed that currently as a special subject the physical education teachers' education and teaching capacity is shortcoming,and its structure system is complex.As coordination constraints of multiple factors,in a short time it is difficult to improve this capacity.In this study,we propose that physical education teachers' education teaching ability is not static but dynamic in the course of analysis and construction.And there are different the structure system of education and teaching capacity in the period of the pre-service,professional adaptation and maturity.Meanwhile,we yet come up with,to improve the structure of knowledge and skills the is the breakthrough of developing physical education teachers' education and teaching capacity.
