Observation of the curative effect in the treatment of 41 chronic nephritis cases by traditional Chinese and Western medicines

Objective Through the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicines,search the curative effect of radix astragali combined salvia miltrorrhiza injection in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods Randomly divide 79 patients with chronic nephritis into the observation group including 41 patients and the control group including 38 patients,the control group treated with conventional Western medicine,the observation group was added based on the treatment of radix astragali and salvia miltrorrhiza injection by intravenous drip,observed the changes in urokinase protein,plasma albumin and nephros function(BUN,Scr)of the two groups.Results Compared with that of the control group,the changes in urokinase protein and plasma albumin of the observation group improve remarkably(P0.01).The rate of total effective in observation group was significantly higher than control group(87.80% vs 65.79%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion There is unique theoretical basis and utility value for the treatment of chronic nephritis by radix astragali and salvia miltrorrhiza injection,it has good curative effect on reducing the occurrence of urokinase protein,improving plasma albumin and improving nephros function,without any toxic side effect,the clinical use is safe.
