Abstract

As a business's intangible asset, knowledge capital is an extremely high productive force capable of generating extraordinary monopoly profits. However, the transfer and proliferation of a business's knowledge capital features a relatively high externality, and requires effective management. Now, businesses are facing a series of problems, such as low efficiency in using the knowledge capital, high difficulty in sharing and assessing it, and failure of the knowledge system, while using the knowledge capital. By adopting a knowledge solution-based mode of business operation, introducing a knowledge management-based strategy for market-oriented, systematic, and socialized operation, building a knowledge-based organizational structure, a cultural induction mode, and a self-protecting system for businesses' knowledge capital, and adjusting the major aspects of businesses' financial management, businesses could adapt themselves to the social development and environmental changes, and improve the efficiency in using the knowledge capital, realizing the innovation of business management in a knowledge capital environment.
