Abstract

[Aims] In order to select fungicides that can effectively control Camellia oleifera anthracnose,indoor experiments were carried out.[Methods] Toxicity of twelve fungicides on Colletotrichun gloeosporioides were measured using mycelium growth rate method and their toxicity regression equations and EC50s were got.[Results] The toxicity of difenoconazole 10% WG was the strongest,with the EC50 of 47.8630 mg/L,followed by silicon carbendazim 21% SC and prochloraz 25% EC with the EC50 of 97.7232 and 125.8925 mg/L,respectively.The sensitivity of C.gloeosporioides to 100% copper sulfate and mancozeb 70% WP were lower than others.[Conclusions] Difenoconazole 10% WG,silicon carbendazim 21% SC and prochloraz 25% EC can effectively inhibit the growth of C.oleifera anthracnose and could be used in filed trials.
