Abstract
The inhibition effects of 6 fungicides against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on grape were determined by means of the growth rate method and microscope concave slides method in lab.The results showed that pyraclostrobin had the highest inhibition effect on the rate of spore germination with EC_(50) value of 0.012 9 mg/L,followed by thiram with EC50 value of 0.230 9 mg/L.Four fungicides involving tebuconazole, pyraclostrobin, difenoconazole and carbendazim had the strongest virulence to the colonies with EC_(50) value of below 1mg/L,followed by thiram with EC_(50) value of 11.687 3 mg/L.
